He had been working painting the nursery and we had agreed that I wouldn't go in until it was finished. (Mostly so it would be a surprise, but also because of the smell.) Well, he had worked all week last week trying to finish and as of Thursday night he said he lacked just a little bit more and was hoping to finish Friday. Friday was his day off but he told me he had some work he needed to do so he was going to go in for a little while.
Well, Friday, I came home from work to find this....
I was very pleasantly surprised! While I thought he was "working" he had gone to Memphis to pick up our furniture we ordered (I didn't even know it was in) and had put everything together. It was a wonderful surprise! Now we just have to paint a bookcase to put in there, and we'll be all set. I am hoping to get her room decorated this weekend.
I'll post pictures of her room again when we've finished.
